Your personal data

We do our utmost to protect your data. We need personal data to guarantee our services to you. Casafaro processes this personal data because you use our services and / or because you have provided them to us yourself.

We use this data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and invoicing our services;
  • Sending newsletters;
  • Handling and/or transmitting data necessary to put you in touch with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers and vice versa. ;
  • Taking measures to improve the service and providing information.

Secure website

On pages where you enter data on our website, we use an SSL connection (Secure Sockets Layer) with encryption. All payment methods offered by us are secured in the same way. You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a closed lock or key in the status bar of your browser.

Our entire website is based on a secure SSL connection.

Retention period

We do not store the data of third parties, such as names and e-mail addresses,  longer than strictly necessary. This means that all data of our customers and subscribers to our newsletters are immediately deleted on demand from the person or organization concerned.

Adjustment of data

You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of your data. For our details, see our contact page. In order to prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself adequately.

Provision to third parties

We do not pass on the personal data of our customers to other parties with the aim of obtaining financial gain. We do not work with cookies that are used for advertising purposes and do not earn money with them. We only focus on providing services to our customers.

We only provide your data to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Exceptions

Casafaro expressly reserves the right to store all possible data of persons and/or organizations that offer their services to our customers unsolicited, send unsolicited advertising or otherwise want to use our website for matters for which the Casafaro website is not intended. Persons who abuse the website in this way may be refused access to the website or may only make limited use of the website. The  data collected as such information about the persons and/or organizations will only be used within the Casafaro organization and will not be provided to third parties.
