Booking & confirmation

We confirm the reservation by email and ask you to check this. Your reservation is confirmed after we have received your first payment. This means that 50% of the rent must be paid within 2 weeks after your reservation. In case of late payment of the deposit, we can cancel the reservation.

The remainder of your payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. Full payment is due immediately if your booking is within 8 weeks of arrival.

Cancellation

• Full refund 30 days or more before your stay
• Sorry, no refund if you cancel 29 days or less before your stay

Checking in & out

• Check-in is from 16:00 o’clock.
• Check-out is before 10:30 o’clock.

In general

• The minimum stay is three nights
• Everyone from 18 years and older is welcome
• No animals allowed
• No smoking throughout the property
• Cleaning costs: E 60 per stay

Damage & theft

Anyone who damages the property, equipment etc. will be held legally responsible, pursuant to applicable regulations. Intentional theft and damage will be reported immediately to the Authorities.

Liability

We are not liable for loss, theft, injury or other damage incurred in our accommodations or on the premises. The renter must take care of adequate insurance for the aforementioned situations.

COVID-19

We may apply special terms for you if Covid restrictions are in place. We recommend you take appropriate insurance against any circumstances that may cause you to change your bookings.
